I specialize in trauma work and relationship issues. I also work with those going through life transitions or need help dealing with depression or anxiety. I have a keen ability to connect the dots in therapy, drawing on my specialized training in trauma and emotions. I know that past experiences impact you greatly in the here and now. I combine shame and trauma work with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and find that this powerful combination helps clients improve more effectively.
